One of my old favorites was this one, but he stopped updating :(
ChartFag's Den of Lesbian Enterprise
Another good source of finding anime that I've found is Anime Music Videos. While they often have nothing to do with the source Anime, they often show enough interesting tidbits to make me hunt out a series. The AMV Hell series and Youtube channels such as HeardYouLikeAmvs.
