Low Bandwidth 101

Well, it looks like I won't be spending the summer in Virginia this year like I had been hoping. The main reason for this is it is hard to look for jobs when you are 800 miles away from the target area. Another is what resumes I have sent out I have yet to receive any replies from. However, I have a standing job offer up here in Vermont at WinCycle for $9/hr. for 32hr/week that has great working hours and would allow me to allocate sufficient time to the online courses I am planning on taking through the Community College of Vermont so I can attempt to graduate on time. I am also planning a trip to Indiana to see my relatives immediately after classes let out and staying in Virginia for about a week and a half before driving the Mistake up here and starting work.

On that note, I was wondering what people had planned between the 14th and 24th of May so I might be able to plan a LANCLAN session during my brief visit home. I am also sort of looking for a road companion for the 12 hour drive up here...

So today I moved out of Norwich for the summer, possibly for good depending on how my exams went. I'm just glad its over because I was rapidly approaching the point where if I cared any less about what was happening I'd either be drunk or unconscious. So here I am, enjoying my last few days of a real internet connection before I head south to work all summer.
