Low Bandwidth 101

Yeah, I escaped for the weekend. Friday I ate a a little place in Royalton, Vermont called Eaton's Sugar house. Maple candy ahoy! Saturday I ate at "the wurst place in Bellows Falls", VT and then took a went on a tour of the Hydroelectric powerplant my dad worked at. Its one of the few remaining in the country with an exposed rotor. There is nothing quite like watching a 30' across wheel made of iron, steel and copper spinning away at about 120 RPM about 10 ft. above your head that creates about 500kW of power. Dinner was homemade lasgna. Today I went with my granfather to help try to start the 1948 Cadillac Limo that he recently acquired. Turns out the batter was deader than dead. Also, I saw my dad as he stayed overnight and brought me up to Norwich before his meeting on Monday in Boston. Now I am bashing my head on the table trying to write Tetris in VHDL.
